I lost my son in 2020 September and the cause of dead was accident

I lost my son in 2020 September and the cause of dead was accident. Went to the RAF to claim for the burial cost on 21/05/2021 then they promised that it going to take +- 6 months but till today nothing happened. Can you please assist me on this matter
