HORRIBLE *******ION AT RAF PRETORIA OFFICES

I sent communication to RAF since the beginning of the year regarding this. The handler who is currently in charge of our loss od support has been delaying removing the attornies on record after numerous attempts to contact him. I first was told to speak to Paseka, then ii called call centre and they said i must speak to Mpho pitso, all these people I've sent emails to notify them that the lawyers were notified last year in MAY that I am no longer using them, I believe there is crrupltion because I sent the latest person who i was told to contact Simphiwe Vilani whom I've called and sent numerous emails, the email address I get from the call centre agents bounce back as undelivered and the 012 numbers i received from call centre also go to voicemail. I want to know why the delay is from the handler? I even sent an email to their team leader StephenM who is also not responding to my emails. Our claim is almost in the final stages and I will not pay those lawyers a centre because of the delay from RAF , these lawyers are ************ that wanted to buy time by ignoring my emails as well as ignoring the previous lawyer I tried to get to assist me with this. I even sent numerous emails to complain department at RAF NO ONE IS GETTING BACK TO ME
