Funeral Claim

I am really battling getting assistance on the claim already done on the 5th of September 2025.No answers except it is register. No one want to take accountability on the time frame of the claim. Please assist with escalating this matter. My 120 days of waiting are done. May this matter be urgently escalated to the relevant department. Been struggling with a funeral claim that is four months old. No good feedback. This is so frustrating. I have provided all the documentation with no luck. C-**********0-000975.
