Disappointing service.

Raf is such a huge disappointment,I stayed on the line for 40 minutes listening to the machine,still ended up not going through.I was involved in a car accident in 2011 still today no progress.I used to receive calls from your staff member saying g he is processing my claim,sent All the supporting documents that was needed by him.including banking details and nothing has been received.I am wondering do I still have a claim with RAF,or maybe I am amongst those unfortunate he took that money,Bacause he is not answering my calls anymore.RAF you are such a disappointment .The painful part is even if he took what was rightfully mine he will get away with it.Nothing will be done. How can I forward banking Details and still not receive anything and he is not answering my calls anymore
