Disappointed RAF Client

I was in a accident 2020. Raf has rewarded me 100% medical and a case worker in Kzn (Durban) Up to today we have received No medical bills paid back to us! That we paid out of our pockets, The case worker works from home, So we can't have a meeting with him! We get NO help over the phone. My wife is my care giver, she's lucky if she gets paid after a few months. Utterly Disgusting of the services. Work for 35yrs paying Taxes and licensing in your vehicle, Insurance. And then when we need help from the Government, We get Nothing back. I'm A paraplegic today, lost my job and will probably loose my house, Hit and run driver, The guy got away! Now to suffer well they walk around healthy and don't care about the Public who needs help. Very Dissatisfied!!!! Government doesn't care guys
