THIS IS A SERIOUS MATTER AND NEED SERIOUS ATTENSION

Normally the caretaker grant gets paid on the end of every month.

A brief summary of my caregiver grant history. It need's to be mentioned that the payment has always been a problem and late!

The grant payment for Jan ; Febr 2024 haven't been received yet !!

Various E-mail correspondence from me to your office were unanswered.

This unresolved matter cause unnessary stress ,tension and frustration !

I really hope that this matter gets your attention .

I allso wants to get this under your attension that the last past 2 years i never recieve my yearly increase, and allso never get a 13th check. Everyboddy is receiving a yearly increase.

Further more I want to inform u that this grant has always been paid into my bank account .

The reason's for this is , it reduce the risk of unforeseen problems like the wrong caretaker gets paid because of changing caretakers . The caretaker circumstances might change . Like now my wife current caretaker app**** for a job and as soon as her application is successfully I will have to look for a replacement/new caregiver .

I am urgently waiting your responce/feedback in this regard . As this slack management of my grand up till now has caused big unnessary (financial/stress) problems !
