CLAIM NOT FINALISED FROM 2014

my brother was involved in an accident in 2014 and we placed a claim with raf, where my mother was a claimant since my brother was mentally and physically disabled. everything was submitted but till today nothing happened, my mother gets older every year and her health is not well and she is also getting mentally disturbed, and for that reason i started contacting raf my self. i was advised to send affidavit written by my mother that i am doing follow up un her behalf, which i sent, and i even went to raf offices in Durban where I was advised that yes everything was sent but my brother file is only waiting for the CEO signature. after that i m getting lot of calls from different attorneys who wants to intervene and help, my question is who gave them my contact details ? and why raf is failing us as family? i sent an email to the complaints department but no one is coming back to me, i tried calling Bathabile ( raf complaints officer ) there is no answer??

can someone call and help , because as a family we want to close this page now, its been too long waiting
