Claim#10/663869/04<br> Case Number: cas/128/09/2001<br> <br> My mother gave me Proxy to follow up on her RAF claim on 18/08/2015 and the documents were sent to RAF and their system was updated with my information.<br> I called on 24/08/2015 to follow up and was told that the matter has prescribed and she should contact her lawyer who failed to submit the documentation in time.<br> My mother never had a lawyer and app**** for RAF herself. She is still attending treatment since she was involved in the accident in 2001 and has since been sent from Pillar to Post by the RAF.<br> My mom 's details are as follows: R S VAN WYK ID: *** 088.<br> <br> Please assist my mother in getting the claim as she has waited for too long for the claim and now is been told that the matter has prescribed without even informing her.
