Been waiting on the burial claim for very long time

I have made a burial claim at the beginning of January 2020 on behalf of my late mother who died after she got hit by a car.

I have been checking for the process and the only thing I have been holding on is the reference number that they gave me when I decided to check and phone RAF for the process of my claim.

I went to an extent of calling ad speaking to the supervisor of the lady who was supposedly assist me, but nothing positive came out even from the supervisor. RAF has failed me and now the whole issue has affected my life. I would really like to be assisted on my issue
