Bad Services

Since I am struggling with claim that was originally submitted in 2010, and later on I was informed it is lost and I resubmitted. I got offer for repayment of my medical bills last year March, and informed that I will receive my refund within 6week to date nothing has happened. Whenever I make follow ups I am being told the same story. This days when I call no one picks up my calls
