BAD service from RAF
I call once a month to check on the status of my RAF case. The last time I had competent assistance was on June 1, 2023; since then, I have received poor unprofessional "assistance" from untrained workers who present me with information that is far too different from what I was given by trained consultants who know exactly what they are doing.
Today was the worst, Emmanuel told me to contact my attorney to get the information that I want because his system doesn't have any latest information. He was providing me with 2022 details. No one has ever advised me to do that because RAF should be the safest place to be given correct information even if my attorney can provide me with wrong information, RAF should rectify that.
Welile told me that the system shows that I was % negligent and caused the accident. When I asked her to put me through to her superior, she told me that the supervisor (Prudence) told her that there is nothing they can do to assist me because I have called more than once & I have been given information that I called for. What more do I want?
Lungani asked me what exactly do I want to know & he provided me with old information which I already know about.
I called several times hoping that someone knowledgeable will pick up my call & provide me with full details of what I called for.
Creating job opportunities and employing new young staff is not a problem. The Biggest problem is not training them.
