Bad service

Good day I just want to know from 6 December 2022 I send in my medical bills invoices for refunds and still nothing when O spoke to the call center in the beginning of January 2024 twice they told me my invoices is at the undertaking department for payments and still nothing this is unacceptable It is nou 8 years after my accident
