Accident

Good day

I was in an accident somewhere in the 90’s (a car bumped me) and just a few years after that my mom passed away.

I was very young at this stage and moved from Aunt to Aunt, nevertheless, because I was young and didn’t know anything, my RAF case was never resolved. When I somehow met up with old friends of my mother a few years back, they asked me about it. I then took it upon myself to look into this matter but was advised that they do not pay out for cases older than 20 years. Also, when they checked their systems, they could confirm that the lawyers received their funds for attending to the case.

Surely this is not my fault that this was never resolved as never knew anything, being so young.

I would really appreciate it if someone could look into this matter for me.
