2 years later and RAF rejects case

To whom it may concern My ID: *** I am very unhappy at the Road Accident Fund, After 2 years they get back to my attorneys to tell them they not going to pay me for general damages. This is not on, this is unfair, why wait for 2 years to come back and tell us this. Dr Read has confirmed I qualify for damages. That accident in July 2009 destroyed my life mentally, psychologically and physically. My health has deteriorated in a big way, as I speak i just got discharged from hospital again. I also suffer from forgetfulness and lots of pain especially in winter. What right does RAF have to make a decision on my health like this, i depended on this money as I live alone and lost my family and have to pay rent etc. My previous payout for loss of income was not enough and I depended on this court case in June 2016. How can they forget me for so long and come back 2 years later nearer my court date and say they not going ahead as they think I do not qualify, have they seen me to make a decision like this. I will not stop till i get justice as this is not fair to me, how many other people are they doing this. I had my whole life ahead of me before this accident and now I am suffering, I would have been married too. I want a fair trail date, this is not acceptable. Regards P.Pillay
