Poor after Sales

I had a water filter system installed by RO a number of years ago, with regular servicing (read replacement of filters) done by them. Mid 2019, I renovated my kitchen and asked RO to come and re-install their filter system as the plumber was not fami**** with the product. Six months later I found that I needed to replace cupboards due to the filter system leaking. First contact with RO has not been returned and they only responded two months later once I included the owner in emails. However, instead of RO accepting that I have a large cost and offering to assist with it as the damage is caused by their system fault, they are blaming the municipality and PRV valve. I won't be recommending their product or service to anyone.
