RNS Motorlink *****s
Good day,
I hope this email finds you well.
I read the last letter I received from you now so many times and I am still in tears. You might ask why or just delete the email cause to you I am just one of millions.
Firstly, I am crying because when I sent the email the first time, I only hoped for assistance, but I was called and threatened by the owner at the garage, Mr Muhammed from RNS Motorlink( which is not the owner as seen on the CIPC Registration documents), saying if I do not drop my case he will make me pay and his lawyer and real owner of R & S Motorlink's wife, RA Samoor Attorneys, will sue me, where we bought the vehicle.
Secondly,I have seen my husband going from trying to make a living to dis-pared.
Why you might wonder or ask....this is why...
I work for myself, I register companies and I charge R300.00 per registration.
I am lucky because like always, no matter what happens I see the glass as half full. I lost my leg in a horrific home break-in accident and can't work like others in a office since 2014, and yes I used to work for the BIG guns, UTI Pharma, Brandhouse, SAB, ABI, DHL.....
Why you ask again, because I do not have the luxury of a wheel chair, walker or even the money to do it as R95.00 profit is not much but it buys bread, a bit of electricity...no sweets or Christmas gifts for my three kids, remember before you judge, I had a life like many other people. I don't even have a car, that is legally drive-able, I have a a shell with wheels.
No, we rent in a town so small that PEP is larger than our town, Oranjeville on the far point of the Vaal dam. Now it sounds amazing, a lovely life next to the dam....it is not that lovely when you see your mom die because heck, we just don't have a car to take her to the hospital, the ambulance service comes from Sasolburg and the road, let's just say since January 2017 there is no decent road.
I have seen my dad crying cause he is also paraplegic and we can't have a funeral for my mom as I do not earn millions and heck the R3700 a month rent feels like paying millions and looking at hungry children is so nice, I hope you never have the pleasure of experiencing any of this...it breaks your heart, soul and will to keep trying.
Fourthly, there is no jobs in our massive town, there is three shops, two bottle stores, a police station, school and church. The R20000.00 we paid Muhammed from RNS Motorlink was blood money, money that I will never see again, money my kids will never have the pleasure of enjoying.
You want to know why, without a job and good income, which is not so easy for white males in South Africa, there is not money in a bank account, there is no other money to try and fix a car that we bought broken, we can't get anywhere and running away is not an option.
Muhammed claimed we bought the car privately, we did not, he advertised it on OLX, Gumtree and Tixuz....your proof at the bottom.
Don't worry to assist us, I can only hope that you never have my heart ache or my tears or see your kids, husband and dad looking at you and wonder what will we eat, where will we stay.
P.S. We do not have funds for a lawyer, nor are we married to a lawyer to cover up our misconduct, but thank you for your time.
May you be blessed.
