Breakage refund not refunded due to false allegations

Had a booking through RnR Holidays at Zebula Lodge in Bela Bela during the 11th to 14th of March.

When they need to refund me on my breakage deposit, they are coming with allegations that I have overcrowded the house even though there is no proof of evidence and their claims are denied by the security offices at Zebula.

I have further more provided them with evidence of the list of guests from the activities we had took part in, photos and reservations made at the restaurant.

Kindly assist me so that I may be refunded as their is nothing there were no breakages.
