Unauthorized debit order

My bank account was debited without my authority. I asked the bank to investigate who debited my account, the bank told that debited by South African Payment Exchange, I then called this company which then told me that the company used their software to debit my account was RNM Holdings and they gave me the company number which is not answered. They have my ID number which concerns me the most
