SAMSUNG DUBBLE-DOOR FRIDGE

Called out on 19Jan21 to repair Samsung dubble-door fridge. I was charged a callout & some thousand Rand for spares. This were replaced but the fault finding was done incorrectly & the same problem still occurs. Eversince they've returned 3 times with only promises. Now going for 3rd mth + 2nd reminder mails but no response. PLEASE HELP!!!
