Richard Damand/Froneman

Richard promises you the world but does not deliver. It has been a few years ago now that we got him and his team to renovate/improve our home. At first everything went smooth, he had a team working away and doing a good job but then it took a turn for the worse. His right hand man got fired / quit and he got stretched between projects.

He started to take shortcuts from here on out. Walls did not get chipped before applying rhinolite; the electrical wires never got fixed (we had to redo all the electricals...); he did not follow instructions on applying paint which left a wall unusable for the intended use; and the screed was botched as it cracked almost immediately.

I would not recommend Richard for any home improvement job.
