RNE pumps will hire you based on merit but then when certain people in the organization isn't happy with the way you do your job within that specific company structure, they will work you out for following companies laws and rules. Management will openly discuss your renumeration which can make one feel extremely uncomfortable. It's always the next person who gets the blame and no one will be held accountable for their actions.
