Refund refusal from RNB Slow Jams after event was cancelled

Good day,

I purchased a couples camping experience ticket from the quicket and RNB Slow Jams site in December of 2024, for an RnB Campout event that was said to take place on the weekend of the 16th of December. The tickets cost R1500 each. The event was then rescheduled to the weekend of the 14th of February. However, we were informed earlier in the week before the 14th that the event was cancelled due to low ticket sales and that the tickets would be refunded. They then failed to provide the refund and were quiet for months. When I inquired about the refund, I was told by representatives I will get my refund. After back and forth I still have not received my money and its been almost 9 months now
