Dishonest People
RNB Projecx appears to be acting dishonestly, and I would not recommend using their services. They initially provided an assessment identifying a burst geyser as the cause of the problem. Based on that assessment, the geyser was replaced and payment was made for the work carried out. However, after what appears to have been pressure from the body corporate, they changed their position and later claimed that the cause was "inconclusive." This raises serious concerns about the credibility and independence of their assessment process. If the original report concluded that a burst geyser was the cause of the damage, why was that conclusion changed only after the geyser had been replaced and payment had already been made? Their actions create the impression of inconsistency and undermine confidence in their professional integrity.
