Worst service with no feedback whatsoever!!!

End Nov 2015 - I purchased 2 x The Gardener magazine subscriptions as Christmas Gifts.<br> End Jan - Feb issue was received<br> End Feb - No March issue received<br> 10 March - sent an email - no response<br> 14 March - resent email - no response<br> 16 March 2016 - I personally called RNA RAMSAY SUBS and explained the situation and enquired why no further issues had been received. I was told that my card transaction was declined, hence no further issues had been dispatched. How come no one called me to advise me of this?? This was a gift that was clearly explained on the subscription form, for heavens sake!!!!! I then RE-QUOTED the very same card number over the phone and to which the transaction was IMMEDIATELY approved (funny that??!!) The lady at the other end apologetically confirmed that my transaction was now successful and my March issues would be dispatched right away. Today 30 March and still no March issues?? I sent an email yesterday, of course, no response. Didn't expect to receive a reply but thought I would just test them nonetheless! I have once again just called in and the lady that answered confirmed that no dispatches were made with March issue.<br> SHOCKING SERVICE!!!!
