Disappointed with RNA spares

I bought some items from RNA spares When I processed the purchase I was rerouted to the RNA spares website with an error stating that the purchase was unsuccessful and I had to redo the payment which then showed successful. After checking my bank statement I picked up that I was charged twice for the same invoice. I sent an email to *** to try resolve the issue and for them to refund me but I did not receive a response from them. I then sent an email to ryan@rnaspares,co,za and again my email was not responded to. This has left me with no other choice but to resort to posting this review to make public the **** that I have encountered from RNASPARES.
