FAILED TO BE REFUNDED

First, they accept my money for a magazine which they have now discontinued, without telling me that it's discontinued. They kept my money and i waited for my magazine, which is supposed to come every month. 3 months passed without me receiving my magazine, or without response from anyone. Then eventually , i had to call them and find out what happened. Only then do they tell me the magazine is discontinued and they will refund me. I fill in the refund request form on 1 October 2015 and till today have not received any response about what is happening with my payment.
