I am writing to formally express my disappointment with how RMT Ramushu Mashie Thwala has been handling the transfer process of my property. It has now been close to six months since the process began, and to date, the registration has still not been finalised. I am loosing money due to the fact that I now need to rent while I wait for the transfer to go through.

Throughout this period, there has been a serious lack of communication. I have not received any consistent updates regarding the progress of the transfer. What is even more concerning is the change in conveyancers without any prior notice or clear communication on who is now responsible for handling my matter.

This lack of transparency and accountability is both frustrating and unacceptable, especially considering the time-sensitive nature of property transactions. I would appreciate it if you could urgently look into this matter and provide me with a detailed update on the current status of my property transfer, including who the appointed conveyancer is and what steps are being taken to expedite the process.
