Ryan Sigaban owner of RMS LANDSCAPING AND CONSTRUCTION CK***.<br> This owner and construction company is based in Lenasia.<br> He quoted us on a small renovation to be completed in 5 weeks. His terms was a 50% deposit be fore he commenced with any renovations.<br> 10th April 2015 he commenced with renovation and till to date(26/06/2015) he is not complete not even 50% of the way. We paid him a great sum of money.(deposit). <br> Brand new PVC ceilings fell down after 3 weeks that it had been installed by Ryan Sigaban of RMS LANDSCAPING AND CONSTRUCTION cc-so dangerous. <br> He instructed his workers to mix water in my expensive plascon paint<br> My bathroom is all tiled up but the plumbing work all incomplete. <br> Under his watch many items got ****** as well and we had to pay for the ****** items.<br> He installed brand new door frames but all dented and *****ed.<br> He installed all brand new aluminium windows all *****ed and untidy. <br> He cut through the branderings to install the down lights and then doesn't repair the broken branderings, ceilings are sagging.<br> Now at 11 weeks down he has absolutely ZERO funds to repair or fix his errors and poor quality work.<br> Please beware of this conartist.
