SPAM SMS's
Good day,

I have registered on The DMA National OPT OUT database on 06/11/2015 after months of SMS's from insurance companies (and this after only requesting one on-line insurance quote). I do understand that there is a +/- 6 week period in which you may still receive SMS's and i accept the odd SMS in the 6 weeks,

What I do not understand is how you can still receive SMS's after you reply \NO"or \""STOP\"" as is the case today and many times before. I received a SMS from RMBSI on 06/11/2015 and24/11/2015 to which i rep**** \""STOP\"". To my amazement I received the same SMS today (25/11/2015). What more should a person do to be removed from your database?

Please note that these SMS's are extremely irritating and i challenge you to start compensating the innocent people terrorised by your unwanted SMS's. A \""we apologise for the inconvenience caused and your details have been removed from our database\"" reply does not cut it anymore.

Looking forward to your reply

Regards

"""
