SANTAM is the worst to work with!

I was involved in an accident, Santam service provider (towing company ) took parts from my damaged car so the claim was rejected for a different reason as a result the car was returned with missing parts, they have acknowledged taking the parts including the car front bumper and promised to pay for it which cost R24 388.63, it has been over 8 months trying to get them and their service provider pay for my car bumper which they acknowledged and since promised to pay for, have been waiting for that payment, my car has since been repaired and awaiting the front bumper, as a result of that the Panelbeater is now charging me storage cost as they have not been able to work on a car because of issue which is out of their control, SOUTH AFRICA please assist how do I solve this!!! I am frustrated, have raised complaint with their complaint department without any success CMP*** / CL***)
