Cancellation of policy

These are the worst people to deal with, would not recommend. I cancelled my policy january 22nd and they still debited the premiums on the 25th which is understandable. They said I should expect a refund within 10 days. Till date I am still waiting for that refund, everytime I call I am given a runaround and the emails I send keep getting forwarded to whoever and they never answer. What a headache!!!
