Bullying Tactics to sign documents against my will
One of the MSC Trucks rolled back to my vehicle on 21 September 2015. HCV (Dawn Gordon) submitted a claim release form with an amount of R 5 871.00 on 1 December 2015. This was after various emails and to get some sort of feedback from them. I queried the amount, because the lowest quote from a Honda approved repair shop (vehicle still under warranty) was R 11 394.84. They first started with delaying tactics by not answering my query and all my questions. I escalated the no feedback and Vicky Tieghi (Dawn's) manager responded with:\'Should the release not be signed within 10 days
