RMA projects & solutions-VERY POOR!!

Reynier Meyer runs an Aircon installation business and advertises his services on Gumtree. I had an Aircon installed and the experience was extremely poor. Since the outset, communication was always a struggle. First the incorrect compressor unit was delivered, then the 2nd step of the installation was almost impossible to arrange as Reynier just does not respond to calls or messages. Eventually I was able to get hold of him by calling from a different number. Installation was subsequently completed but there was no working remote control for the Aircon unit. He promised to deliver a replacement remote control the following day, and after waiting 3 weeks, this still has not happened. All my messages and calls are ignored. What a pathetic business and person to deal with. His number is ********** , don't make the mistake of calling to have an Aircon installed...
