I got ****med

Regrettably, my experience with RM Solar and Electrical has been nothing but a terrible experience. I contracted this company over a month ago for the installation of an inverter and electric fencing, however, all I've received so far is a series of excuses for why the work could not commence.

I paid a substantial deposit to the owner upfront and thus far no work or proof of purchases has been provided. This raised significant concerns about the company's integrity and accountability.

Furthermore, when the work still hadn't started weeks after the agreed upon date, the owner promised me a refund. However, after waiting for another three weeks, I have yet to see any money returned.

What is particularly disappointing is the lack of honesty throughout this process, and I have had no choice but to open a case at the South African Police Department.

I am sharing my experience to warn potential customers about my unfortunate dealings with RM Solar and Electrical so that others do not get ****med. I would strongly recommend considering other providers who have a proven track record of reliability with a strong online presence, transparency and respect for their customers."
