RM Interiors - DO NOT USE THEM

If I could give this business no stars I would. The owner of the business Rachel Morgan is a **** and a complete *****. She is unprofessional and does not know how to deal with clients. Firstly we were giving a time line of 2 weeks to complete the job, it took 7 weeks. She charged us for expensive wood and put in the cheapest wood she could find. After the job was done, we took 45 photos of the defects that she needed to fix before we would release the rest of the funds to her. She refused to fix anything further and threatened to send her workers to our house to come and get the outstanding balance. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS - you will regret it
