POOR CLIENT/MANAGER SERVICE

Good afternoon,

I would like to discuss a few things regarding the service I have received with your company.

I have order two sizes of mixtures for the same site, but two different slabs needed to be thrown. I was not aware that if I have to throw two slabs that two vehicles are going to be loaded for the same site. This is not something that I 'automatically, logically' should know. I believe that this is something that should be educated or at least asked by your employees, the only person who asked me was Rocco after all the arrangements was made.

I then called Sharron today and wanted to know why they have not corrected me on how this is going to happen and simply her answer is that I should've have known this or that is my Boss wanted this so he should've know this. This is a very unacceptable behavior and I do not know why she will speak to customers like this.

Not even Cobus asked me the question, however I do not know how the process work and only know that Sharron was the only one who knew that these two slabs where to be thrown at the same site.

So this is my way of thinking 'if this is my first time EVER to inquire a quote with you guys and I have NO information what so ever about doing any of this WHY do your people not help the clients to inform them or just give them a structure of how your company works? you are the specialist in this. That is why I am doing business with YOUR company. If I had to know all this by myself? I believed I would also have my own business doing my own slabs'.

I would like feedback on the above, because firstly yes this is my first time working with this and I have to get in trouble because this is my mistake, but again I did not know this is how it is supposed to work. And no Sharron can not just say my Boss should have known, firstly that is disrespectful to say and secondly he did not know either because this is his second time doing something like this, however the first time we only had one slab to throw and did not know what we know now.

If this matter can be taken up seriously and not like people should 'KNOW' it all because I may be 23 years old but what I have learned in life not everyone has common sense and not everyone knows everything that is why you have your company to help your customers with the correct information and I have mine, where I am to know that I should ask the necessary question on doing a correct quote on a Generator.
