Worst company to deal with
One of the worst companies to deal with. They make promises that they can’t keep. Firstly they could not provide me with the aluminium I had initially ordered as I had ordered the European slim profile, I was made to wait for it only to be told they cannot get it and it won’t be suitable for my windows after I had paid the deposit. When they delivered the first 3 frames out of about 40 frames I discovered they had brought the wrong colour which was different than the colour I selected when I went to their factory. I was made to pay for color change. After that they would schedule an installation but sometimes they wouldn’t pitch to site without any explanation, I sent numerous emails which were never responded to until I called to follow up. They came to drop off a few more frames and glass then abounded my site, they would call and tell me they have other emergency sites where they must keep other customers happy so they cannot come to my site. It seems they are doing my project as a side hustle they have more important projects than mine. I also discovered that the color in between my double glazing glass is silver when I specifically asked and chose the black color. I could write a book, I would not recommend anyone to use this company.
