RLF7 Plumbers don't pay their bills

RLF7 Plumbers as well as RLF7 Construction were provided advertising services by my company in August this year. The payment terms were agreed to be upfront for the sites rented as well as production costs. 2 days before the banners were suppose to go up, Ronald Feldman contacted me and asked if he could pay the production upfront and then the rental a week later. In good faith, I agreed to do this. His advertising material was installed and he was provided visuals confirming this.<br> <br> The following week no payment was made. I followed up with him and he asked for a second extension. I hesitantly agreed to allow him another chance to pay. It is now almost 3 months later and despite numerous reminders, demand letters and telephone calls made, no payment for rental has been received. <br> <br> We are in the process of blacklisting both entities but I would like to caution anyone dealing with Ronald or any of his RLF7 business not to provide goods or service without receiving full payment. I would also caution potential customers to steer clear from paying deposits to him without any work being completed first.
