Bad service and unprofessionalism

What an absolute disappointment. I have never in my life experienced such bad service and unprofessionalism. After almost 3 weeks of trying to get my fridge fixed, we are no further than the day i first contacted this company. I explained that the fridge was giving trouble, and i was assured that it will get fixed asap. Now in the mean time, the fridge has completely stopped working and i have had to throw food out because of it. Every time i tried to enquire about the progress i was told the supplier keeps giving them excuses. IN FUTURE IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ASSIST A PAYING CUSTOMER, RATHER SAY SO FROM THE BEGINNING SO THAT ANOTHER ELECTRICIAN, WHO IS WILLING AND ABLE TO SUPPLY A PROPER SERVICE, CAN BE CONTACTED INSTEAD.
