RLD DESIGN CANOPY. BAD! BAD!WORST!

RLD DESIGN CANOPY : HUNTERS CANOPY BAD ! BAD ! WORST! I had and still have a bad experience with RLD canopy/design in Persons Dean who sold me the Hunter's canopy, Luscha customer care and Willie director or owner. The canopy is not all that tough. Especially the hunter's. I had mine fitted in September 2022. In Oktober 2022 The hinges on mine broke during a trip in the Namib desert which caused the roof with the roofrack and attached 360 awning, to land on my Hilux bakkie's roof. With that the roof, the canopy , and the roof rack bend. I have R26 000 damage to the bakkie. All I got from RLD is the run around FROM OKTOBER 2022 and since the beginning of 2023, no response or reply. WARNING: RATHER BUY A MORE TRIED AND TESTED BRAND. A BRAND AS KEEN ON AFTER SALES SERVICE AS THEY ARE ON ACCEPTING PAYMENTS.
