RKS POOR SERVICE

This is the second time if not third time that i have experienced and incorrect order from RKS umhlanga opposite the fire station. the Indian medium height guy is always rushing through orders and never checking packets. The last time he did not give me a part of my meal and i had to walk all the way back i accepted this as he apologized. Today he yet again did not pay attention to my order and when i had asked he said i did not request for my Veda yet i did.

the fresh chips is not even fried and had no salt. the potatoe samoosa had no salt i had asked 3 friends of mine to taste this so that i am not making a mistake and they all agreed. i would not be writing this as i am not one to complain over media however the guy there is not approachable and has a dont care attitude he literally gave me my packet saying "thanks bye !" cutting me off. (I am not sure if he is the manager )

as much as we need the food , you guys need the customers to run your business. being more polite and paying attention to customers would not kill you !!!
