Chicken Bones found in chillibites

I purchased food (chillibites) from Rks Gateway Umhlanga on 17 October 2022 and to my absolute dismay and horror , I was shocked to find out that my chillibites had a chicken bone in the inside. Firstly I was observing a religious fast for one month and if I had not broken into the chillibite I would have broken my fast. In addition to this, I am highly disgusted and concerned with the level of hygiene being practiced, I mean how long could these things be going on for and how many more people (specifically vegetarians) are unaware of this
