Poor Service from RK Wendy Supplies

In October 2017, I purchased a Wendy house from R.K Wendy Supplies. Owner of the business Name: Roger Phone Number: (021) ********** / cell: ********** Price: R22.000 Size: 3 x 10

The Wendy house is unfit to live in, The roof structure is so weakly constructed with crossbeams, (1.2 m wide) apart, and so poorly done with the strong winds in Macassar. The roof sheets which is not recommended for a Wendy lifts up. With the rain we had leaks, the toilet has no seats, wash basin hangs loose. Roger was contacted ,but only came once, and promised hell have it fixed. That was mid January and never heard/seen him again. I am appealing to you to come and see the way the Wendy is created and make your decision or comment. It seems with being a women, he can keep me on a lease until the 6 months guarantee is up, just to say sorry the 6 months is over. I am appealing to you with a broken heart to come to my aid as to what I can do.
