Awful service from Rameez at RK Tours and Travel

We booked Rameez (business owner) from RK Tours and Travel for a family birthday lunch in Franschhoek. Everything was arranged and agreed for 12pm collection and then to collect us from the venue and return us home between 17.00 and 18.00. We agreed that I would contact him when we were ready to leave. At 17.20 he sent me a message to say he wanted to leave and I said we weren't ready yet. And then he left us at the venue in Franschhoek with no lift home. He didn't even give us thw opportunity to leave with him, he just left. He has refused to refund us for the trip home. Very rude and abrupt. I have all the communication on whatsapp so there is no dispute. Shocking service.
