Inconsiderate treatment

Innocent and his team did a house move for my mother at the end of June and it is now 4 weeks later after they broke her washing machine(among scratching etc other items) and she is still waiting for Innocent to make himself available to her schedule to come and fix it! This is very selfish and unfair treatment. She immediately paid him what he said was extra charges due to bad planning on their side and he won’t return the same courtesy to fix the washing machine.
