RK Khan hospital treatment of white humans

My Sister & I took my Dad to the hospital in a wheelchair. We were allowed to let him out & then my sister went to find parking which took over 20 minutes. He would have been alone while my sister found parking. We were told only one caregiver but as my Dad kept trying to get out & lie down, the one guard seeing the problem let it slide otherwise my Dad may have fallen out & done damage. My sister in the meantime was busy with the admin & paperwork. My Dad was subsequently put on a drip & I was instructed to eat in the waiting room outside. They closed at 2pm & I went & waited at the end of the passage (plenty empty chairs). The guard found me and together literally got a big lady & the Indian sister to throw me out like a dog. I was not even allowed to give my sister my phone (hers had gone flat). They tried to incite me to make a ****** remark & then I probably would have been charged. This was the last time I saw my Dad as he was subsequently admitted (and died a week later) & I was not even allowed to see him again. Needless to say there were others who had more than one person with them, but I think because we were white it stood out. This was not a covid related illness . We were not allowed to visit and it took my brother 3 hours for someone from the ward tofetch a toothbrush, toothpaste, a washcloth and some juice for my Dad 1 There is no empathy. 2 there should be closer parking for genuine wheelchair patients 3 there should be space for seating when more than one caregiver is needed
