Poor service

I was admitted to this hospital after I was asoulted by ****s in Malvern area on the 14/02/2016.I then was discharged on the 28/02/16 but due to the shortage of medication/prescription I was released on the 29/02/2016.now today is the 07/03/2016 I'm got to to the hospital at 07:00am,fill is still missing and that means it should be my duty to go from pillar to post to make a new file..my keg is broke and I'm in cratches but still on my own with nobody assisting I have to find a file tht I dnt knw how it was lost..I hate rk khan
