NEGLIGENCE AND BAD ATTITUDE

My mum was involved in an accident and I had taken her to RKK HOSP for treatment.it took about 2 hrs between the nurse and 4 a card to b made .We went to an orthopaedic were my mum had been treated and a cast had been put on her hand as she had cracked her wrist. The orthopaedic that treated my mum was really good to her and asked for her 2 return the next day for a check-up. After the check up the DR prescribed medication &for the cast to b trimmed. We fetched the medication & returned for the trimming. We were assisted by Temba Mthembu who was very rude and ill-mannered. He started by pulling & pushing my mums hand without considering her pain.
