Messed up

Rk khan is pathetic. The staff doctors nurses have absolutely no compassion for their jobs. Should have never taken a oath to give their all to saving lives. We have sat at this hospital from 9 45 and it is now 06 55 and we have no positive feedback as to why we needed attention. We have a referral letter from Chatsmed that clearly has no standing even in a so called emergency situation. Staff are unfriendly and tend to brush off or ignore patients that ask for help. The department of health needs to address issues like this as these are lives of people. The worse is when a trainee is attending to you. The trainee asks me what is the heart rate chart in the file and I had to explain it was from a previous visit. Train these staff In a different manner as opposed to training on lives of people. Rk khan needs to be addressed by the department of health.
