Disgusting treatment of patients in casualty/emergency

The worst hospital ever! My mother-in-law could not be admitted for a REFERRED suspected rupture because the attending doctor in emergency neglected to ask for blood work, so she was sent home bleeding, in pain, and told to come back today. Well guess what, blood and x-rays were taken today after a 5 hour wait at 13:00 and blood work was only passed on to the lab 5 hours later! My mother-in-law still cannot be admitted while she is suffering and bleeding. I had to collect my mother-in-law as a doctor/nurse told her to leave after she tried to ask what she needed to do. I am going to take her to a different hospital.

The hospital doesn't even deserve a 1-star rating. The doctors and nurses should be ashamed how they treat patients!
